As the Director of Clinical Transformation, Jessica leads our clinical practice transformation and quality improvement initiatives. Jessica assists health centers with leveraging population health management tools for improvement of quality measures and successful transition to value-based care. She utilizes her extensive Quality and Improvement experience, gained through her prior position as Clinical Research Nurse Educator within a large health care system. She has over 15 years of critical care experience.
She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration and Leadership, a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, and an Associate Degree in Business Management. Her continued education includes a National Certification in Obstetrics and Neonatal Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. She has also obtained specialized certifications as an HIV Certified Provider, as a Diabetic Prevention Educator, and in Military Environmental Exposure. She advocates for improvement in Veterans Healthcare, research on Gulf War Illness Syndrome, reducing infant mortality, and prioritizing safe sleep education to new parents.
